Clinton Jace Hardy
President

Clint has over twelve years of experience through both personal and professional involvement in youth programs, transports, and various kinds of intervention with youth.  He has experience also in providing foster care for youth and young adults in state's custody.  He welcomed youth and young adults into his home and provided an environment for them to gain the education, self-help tools, and motivation to become successful citizens of the community.  Working with youth has become more than a job for him; it has become a passion in his life to help troubled youth gain the opportunity of a new start in their life.  Clint has a unique personal perspective for the youth he works with.  He participated in two private youth treatment programs during his adolescent years.  He believes that through his time and participation in programs, his belief in God, and a supportive family he was able to find the strength to change the direction of his life to be on a much better path today.  He finds happiness and great satisfaction in helping youth and their families gain a new start.  He brings past professional experience of working with three former transport services.  He has led more than 400 transports and coordinated more than twice that amount with a success rate of 100%.  He is a certified trainer and instructor for CPI's NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) program and maintains his CPR and First Aid trainings as well.

Cynthia Lynn Strobell, RN
Board Member

Cindy has been a registered nurse for 7 years. She has worked in the medical field for 12 years before that as a nurse's assistant. She also spent two years working in the local school district tutoring youth who struggled with academics and behavior. She is a mother to three natural children and five step-children. She has personal experience in dealing with youth programs as a parent with two troubled sons who participated during their teen years.  She assisted in the emotional and physical transport of one of her sons.   This was a very difficult event both emotionally and physically.  Her initial anxiety would have been greatly reduced if she had the resources to use a youth transport service, however, she has been able to see both of her sons change directions in their lives and become contributing members of her family and society. She believes that her sons were able to gain valuable insights in the youth programs they attended. She is proud of both of her sons' contributions to help troubled youth and their families to have a new start in their lives.

Jacob Hardy
Training Manager  and Lead Associate

Jacob has over 8 years experience working in youth programs and the youth transport industry.  Jacob has dedicated most of his work career to helping troubled youth.  He participated in a youth wilderness program at the age of fifteen.  His mother (Cindy) and older brother(Clint) attempted to transport him alone without any outside assistance or training. The entire transport was an emotional and physical battle between him, his brother, and mother.  His experience has helped to motivate him to want to provide a service to other families that would bring a professionally trained person to transport their child to the chosen youth program. Jacob has successfully led over 250 youth transport interventions without incident.  He received his Bachelor in Criminal Justice from UNLV.  He is a certified trainer and instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) and maintains his CPR and First Aid trainings as well.  TrustLine Registry Verification ID# 165315461
